I have had insomnia for as long as I can remember. I would like to stop taking Ambien but am not sure how to go about it since it is a controlled substance that I am now addicted to. When I don't take an Ambien, I have a fitful night's struggle with sleep and horrific nightmares.
How would you recommend I go about getting off Ambien? It would be wonderful to use Dodow instead. Have you had other customers with this problem?
