Weak keep The person behind can be cropped from subsequent versions if this turns out to be a problem.- Otherwise, while this is obviously not a fantastic image, it is still of functional quality in the (current) absence of anything better. If this person is notable enough to belong on Commons (and I am not in a position to judge that), it should remain here. Ubcule (talk) 20:29, 17 December 2019 (UTC)
- Keep: There's an article about her on English Wikipedia, which ought to be enough to support keeping the picture (which appears to be the only one we have of her) on Commons. --bjh21 (talk) 16:31, 2 January 2020 (UTC)
